A. Safety Precautions For Our Experiences

1. Face masks are required at all times throughout the experience.

3. Wash your hands as often as possible with soap & water for 20 seconds. We encourage you to avoid any unnecessary contact with others.

5. Please cover your mouth and nose with your elbow when coughing or sneezing. In case you use a tissue, throw it away immediately.

6. Avoid handshakes, kisses, and hugs. We will greet you with our hand over our heart as a sign of friendliness and appreciation.

7. Please do not show up if you have any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, breathing difficulty, headache, or any other major health problem

9. Cashless, Paperless. You can book a tour online or we can send you a payment link. There’s no need for you to print your tickets, we can scan your digital tickets.

B. Safety Measures For Tasting Locations

As long as the pandemic risk is maintained, locations will implement strict health & safety precautions.

1. Face masks and shields are required during food service.
2 The staff has been instructed to wash their hands constantly.
3. The staff will maintain physical distancing from customers.
4. The use of face masks, gloves, and hairnets is mandatory for the kitchen staff at all times in the kitchen.
5. A health supervisor will guarantee that all safety protocols are implemented.
6. Locations are required to set up special sanitizing areas with 70% alcohol based hand sanitizer gel.
7. When entering a location, you will be politely asked to wash your hands.
8. Locations will perform cleaning and sanitizing rounds throughout the day.
9. Staff will be also required to maintain self-hygiene controls throughout the day.
